Midtown Home Improvements is a home improvement contractor. We perform remodeling work directly for homeowners. This page explains the limited circumstances under which your contact information may be shared with a third party, and who that third party is.

When Information Is Shared

When you submit a free estimate request, Midtown is your point of contact and your contractor. In most cases we handle your request directly and no outside party receives your information.

In some cases, due to service area limits, project type, scheduling capacity, or other operational reasons, we may not be able to fulfill your specific request. When that happens, your inquiry may be designated as an unfulfilled service referral and we share limited information with our authorized fulfillment partner to help connect you with a qualified provider.

Our Fulfillment Partner

Our authorized fulfillment partner is RemodelingAdvisor.com, LLC, operating under the name Above Board Pros. They specialize in connecting homeowners with qualified home improvement service providers when we cannot serve a project directly. RemodelingAdvisor may use their network of home improvement providers to fulfill your original service request; all providers within that network are subject to applicable data-sharing and contact rules.

RemodelingAdvisor may also fulfill a referred request through one of its authorized national fulfillment networks instead of its own providers, and home improvement professionals within those networks may contact you by phone, text message, or email about the request you submitted. RemodelingAdvisor publishes the current list of its fulfillment partners and networks, including which are active, at aboveboardpros.com/partners. That list is the authoritative record of who may receive your information. It is maintained by RemodelingAdvisor and kept current there rather than reproduced on this page.

RemodelingAdvisor.com, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company and operates independently of Midtown Home Improvements. Midtown is not responsible for the actions of providers matched through RemodelingAdvisor's network.

What Information Is Shared

When your inquiry becomes an unfulfilled service referral, we share the following:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Property (service) address
• Project type and service requested
• Your consent record, so the fulfillment partner can independently verify that TCPA consent was obtained before contacting you. For requests submitted online, this is a TrustedForm consent certificate URL. For requests signed in person, this is a signature consent record that includes the disclosure text shown to you and the date and time you signed.

We do not share payment information, government identification numbers, financial account details, or personal information unrelated to your home improvement request.

How They May Contact You

RemodelingAdvisor, home improvement providers within their network, and home improvement professionals within RemodelingAdvisor's authorized fulfillment networks may contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding your original home improvement request. This contact is authorized by the prior express written consent you provided when you submitted your form on our site or signed your request in person.

You may revoke that consent at any time. See “Your Choices” below.
