Who may contact you

If we refer your request, up to 4 home improvement companies matched to it may call, text, or email you about it, using the contact methods the agreement you gave us allows. For a free estimate request made through our contact form, that includes an autodialer, artificial or prerecorded voice, and AI-generated voice or text. See the current list of companies. A network on that list may also pass your request to contractors in its own network, who may contact you too.

When you ask Midtown Home Improvements for a free estimate, we are your point of contact for your project.

When we refer a request

If we don't end up doing your project, for any reason, we may refer your request to our fulfillment partner. Our goal is to help you get your project done, even when we aren't the ones doing it. For example, we may not serve your area or offer the work you need, our schedule may be full, we may not be able to reach you, or you may decide not to move forward with us. We call this an unfulfilled service referral.

Our fulfillment partner

Our fulfillment partner is RemodelingAdvisor.com, LLC, which operates as Above Board Pros. It connects homeowners with home improvement companies when we can't do the job.

Above Board Pros may match your request with:

  • home improvement providers in its own network, or
  • national fulfillment networks, which work with their own contractors.

Above Board Pros keeps the current list of these companies and networks, including which ones are active, at aboveboardpros.com/partners. That list is the official record of who may receive your information. It is kept up to date there and is not copied onto this page.

RemodelingAdvisor.com, LLC is a Delaware company that operates independently of Midtown. Midtown is not responsible for the actions of companies matched through Above Board Pros.

What we share

If we refer your request, we share:

  • your name
  • your phone number
  • your email address
  • the property address
  • the project type and service you asked for, and any project details you gave us
  • if you met with us: how the appointment went, the representative you met, and any price we quoted
  • your consent record, so the company contacting you can confirm you agreed to be contacted. For an online request, this is a TrustedForm certificate link. For a request you signed in person, it is a record of the disclosure you saw, the date and time you signed, and a link to your signature.

We never share payment details, government ID numbers, financial account information, or anything unrelated to your home improvement request.

Up to 4 companies matched to your request may contact you about it by phone, text, or email, using the contact methods the agreement you gave us allows. A network may also pass your request to contractors in its own network, who may contact you too.

You agreed to this contact when you submitted our contact form or signed your request in person. You can take back that agreement at any time.

Your choices

To stop contact after a referral, tell the company that contacted you that you no longer want to hear from it. You can also contact us, and we will give you Above Board Pros' contact details and help you ask for your information to be removed:
